Helping others find happiness is fundamental to my work because I’ve experienced just how fleeting it can be. A turning point in my life came during my tenure as a corporate executive, juggling high-stress demands while managing the responsibilities of being a mother, wife, and daughter. This relentless routine left me feeling trapped and devoid of joy. I lost the sense of connection and happiness in my life, and it was this personal experience that fueled my passion for becoming a therapist. Today, my mission is to help middle-aged clients navigate their midlife with full force, regain their sense of self, and rediscover happiness.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. Many of my clients feel trapped in their routines, disconnected from their partners, and distant from their children. My therapeutic process involves creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and relational approaches, I help clients develop new perspectives, coping strategies, and communication skills.
Past clients report significant improvements in their mental health and relationships. They regain confidence, experience increased happiness, and rediscover joy in their daily lives. Many also find they are better able to manage stress and anxiety, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. My deep understanding of the pressures and high stress levels that come with balancing a demanding career and family responsibilities sets me apart as a clinician, allowing me to bring empathy, insight, and practical strategies to my practice.
Outside of my work with clients, I enjoy physical activities such as zumba, pickleball, and hiking. These passions help me stay grounded and rejuvenated, enabling me to bring my best self to my therapy practice. I’m also a big fan of theatre and Broadway shows.
