I moved halfway across the world in order to realize my dream of living in New York, so I know that major life changes can be exciting, but scary at the same time. We all need some extra support from time to time, which is partly why I am so happy to be a part of the Resilient Mind team. My favorite thing about my job is the chance to help people every day, with challenges big and small. I’m also passionate about mental health as I know what it’s like to deal with depression and anxiety, and how crucial therapy is to healing.
I approach everything I undertake with positivity because I believe that a positive mindset brings positive changes into the real world. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, watching educational videos about the human mind, reading books about self-improvement, and obsessing over my cat. I also adore a good puzzle or a mind-bending riddle. To ground myself, I spend time in nature, and to stretch my horizons, I take every opportunity to try things that are outside my comfort zone.
