I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker working at the intersection of clinical care and practice operations, bringing a clinician’s perspective to quality assurance, compliance, and internal systems. My focus is on ensuring that policies, documentation, and workflows support ethical practice and reflect the level of care clients deserve.

I was drawn to social work out of a desire to create safe, intentional spaces—ones grounded in consistency, protection, and quality—and to help build care systems that prioritize integrity and accountability. In my role, I’m especially attentive to how operational decisions impact both clinicians and the clients they serve, viewing thoughtful systems as an extension of good clinical work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with animals and being in nature, appreciating the quiet and simplicity it offers.
