Lead Clinical Supervisor Position

Located in the heart of Bay Ridge, Resilient Mind is an innovative psychotherapy practice looking to hire a lead clinical supervisor.

It is essential that you are someone who is:

  • Continually educating yourself in leading-edge therapeutic modalities
  • Questioning traditional understandings of mind and psychology
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Has good communication skills
  • Has supervisory experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients weekly
  • Managing and coaching supervisors
  • Training supervisors/clinicians in theoretical approach, therapeutic rapport & clinical documentation
  • Facilitating group supervisions (Last Sunday of the month 10am-11am)
  • Conducting hiring Interviews and performance improvement plans
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with the leadership team
  • Managing High-risk situations

Job type: Full-time (40 flexible hours per week)

Work location: three days in office and two days remote

Salary: 80k annual

    Resilient Mind is an innovative psychotherapy practice on a mission to provide our clients with a transformative therapeutic experience.

    We keep our finger on the pulse of mental health – continually educating ourselves in the leading-edge therapeutic modalities.

    Through clinical supervision, coaching, and developmental practices therapists are supported and challenged in their growth as clinicians.

    Each member of our culturally diverse roster brings a unique perspective to our ever-evolving understanding of mental health and psychotherapy.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Must have one of the following degrees and a current NYS license to provide psychotherapy: LMSW,MHC-LP, or LCAT-LP
    • Flexibility to work hours to meet productivity goals and deadlines
    • Strong teamwork ethic; positive, flexible attitude; ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
    • Strong desire to increase clinical skills and receive training
    • Identify as organized, able to work autonomously, and have a private space to work from
    • Bilingual or multilingual preferred

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide Individual Therapy and/or Group therapy
    • Complete clinical documentation (intake, assessment, referral if needed, individual notes, treatment plans, and discharge plan).
    • Participate in a collaborative treatment team including supervision, and coordination of care with other providers
    • Attend monthly group supervision last Sunday of each month at 10 am

    Job type: Part-time (20 flexible client contact hours per week)

    Work location: Remote

    Salary: $40-$48 Fee for service

      Part Time Lead Supervisor

      Job type: Part-time 30 hours per month

      Work location: One day in the office (10 am-2 pm) and the rest remote

      Salary: $1,850 per month
