In this 8-week group therapy, children will learn the necessary skills for processing their daily experiences all while engaging in fun creative projects. Each session will introduce a topic of focus followed by an art activity and close with a sharing circle where the children will be able to express their thoughts and feelings.  Children will learn to tap into their creativity, reflect on their daily experiences, and channel their emotions in a positive way. The creative outlet facilitated by this group is a powerful way for children to gain self-knowledge and cultivate resilient mental health.
